I`ve really been slacking on my post lately..so, that is the reason why my "February Favorites" post is late. A few days ago we got six inches of snow-which is crazy for the coastal town in Oregon that i live in. We`re more of a constant rain and wind town but never snow. Needless to say half the town lost power...im trying my best to keep catch up though!
There wernt alot of things that i was crazy about for the month of February. Here is what i did find myself using alot throughout the month:
*Two Faced "The Bronzed & The Beautiful" Palette-I bought this bronzer kit during the summer time but havent really used it much at all...but now that spring and summer is on its way and we`ve been seeing more sun here ive found myself pulling it out more. Last week we had 65 degree sunny weather and this week its snowing. Figures, haha.
*Got2b Smooth Operator "Lustre Lotion"- I was doing some early spring cleaning and found this hair lotion and have been using it ever since. It smells fruity and makes my hair nice and soft!
*Elf Blush & Bronzer Kit-As you can tell ive really been into my bronzers recently. I hit pan on this little set from elf, there bronzers are the perfect shade..not too orange and has great pigmentation.
*Vaseline-Not only is vaseline great for your lips during the winter time but recently ive been wearing my favorite pair of flats alot-they rub on the back of my heel which really ticks me off and hurts! So, ive been using vaseline to solve the problem. Rub a little on your heel before putting your flats on and the pain and irritation is instantly gone..no more rubbing and blisters!
*Bath & Body Works "Dark Kiss" Body Speay-Ive really been trying to use up all of my BBW sprays i have. The one ive been using in Feb/March is "Dark Kiss". It`s very rich and floral and smells great!
*Hard Candy "Plumping Serum" Lip gloss-In Feb i used this particular lip gloss over the rest that i have. Its a pretty light pink and has a nice cooling effect on the lips.
*BareMinerals Mineral Veil "Warmth" and Mini Foundation Brush-I`ve been experimenting with new ways to contour my face lately and have come across a great method that has worked well for me. I use my mini BareMinerals foundation brush that i got in a sample set from sephora..i mix it into "warmth" and use it to to contour my cheeks..it works great and the brush is small enough and holds alot of product.
Hope you enjoyed my favorites! What was your favorite product(s) in the month of February?
