Late Breakfast: Vermicelli With Pork Slices

Hey everyone! This is what I ate for breakfast yesterday. Usually when I am home in the mornings, I don`t really eat typical breakfast food but food meant for lunch. But then again, who says that there is a rule for food. I didn`t really want any eggs but my mom was already getting ready for lunch so she was cooking soup. My mom has just bought some vermicelli thin noodles to try out because usually we always buy the extra large vermicelli noodles. I must say that the thin ones are so much better. Plus they don`t require a lot of soup water since the noodles are thin. My mom didn`t put a lot in this soup. All she added was slices of boiled pork and green onions. Even though the soup looks plain, it was actually pretty good that I even went back for seconds. This was my first time making this soup and I am definitely going to tell her to cook it again later on. I think I am going to try to make it too since it doesn`t require that many ingredients and plus my mom told me that it was pretty easy to make.
