On Thursday my dad cooked dinner when he got home from work. He went to the supermarket and came back with a pork roast, fresh pierogis, and all of the ingredients to make corn cobbler. The pork roast was in the "garlic and herbs" flavor. All you have to do is put it in the oven and its all ready to eat. With that, my dad fried up some of the fresh pierogis. We had two different kinds- potato and onion, and potato and spinach. They were both so yummy! Then my dad made corn cobber. Corn cobbler is made with cream of corn, a regular can of corn, sour cream, and Jiffy corn mix. It`s super easy and a simple side dish to make. Its soft on the inside and has a crust on top. Thursday`s dinner was so good and we all enjoyed!
