Now is another recipe for a light dish that is not very common to eat but that is good for health.
water and cooking salt
1 onion, grated
water to cook
400g of tomato pulp
salt and chopped parsley
300g sliced turkey breast
200g cream cheese into cubes
1 tbsp (tablespoons) grated Parmesan cheese
Cook whole cabbage in salted water and set aside.
Saute the onion in a little water, add the tomato pulp and cook.
Add the salt and parsley.
Arrange the lasagne in a baking dish, alternating layers of cabbage, turkey breast, cheese and tomato sauce, fill up the form.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in moderate oven (180 degrees) to brown.
