Roasted lamb, one of my favorite protein dished. I can`t get enough of roasted lamb because it packs on a lot of flavor. And it`s a change from having beef all of the time. Great way to really mix up your protein options. A great way to save is by preparing your own oven roasted lamb. I try to keep an eye out for sales in the grocery store, and will snag up a few cuts when prices are fairly reasonable.
When you`re faced with a goof cut of lamb, you only really need to season it with a few basics: salt, pepper, garlic, and maybe a bit of rosemary. Toss it in the oven and you`ll be ready for a delicious meal in no time. Lamb goes so well with fresh vegetables, so having a simple parsley and cucumber salad and a bit of roasted cauliflower on the side will give you a well balanced dinner.
