So just over a month ago I found out I am lactose intolerant and it has changed the way I eat. For those of you that don`t know this means I cannot digest dairy properly. Any time I want to eat something with dairy in it I have to take a Lactaid pill (pictured above, picture from source link). I have to avoid eating anything that might upset my stomach and be prepared for a quick trip to the bathroom if I do eat dairy. When you think about it, almost all of the foods we eat daily have dairy in them somewhere. So I am always finding new foods to eat that don`t have dairy so if you can think of some foods that don`t have dairy in them leave it for me in the comments below!
