As I stated in my last food post I am trying to expand my cooking horizons trying new things i havent had or made before...
This week I wanted to make Homemade Scalloped Potatoes for the first time Ive never made them before but man do I love scalloped potatoes I found a great recipe on Kraft Foods that I will link here:
I made the recipe as directed and it came out fabulous so good Ive made them twice now it does make a bit so I end up with left overs the following night I always make a different main dish but keep these as the side and to put a different spin on them I add some milk when reheating and mash them turning them into a loaded mashed potato so good and only 180 cals per half cup serving!
