I really don`t know how to say this dish in English, but it`s called dotorimuk in Korean. It comes in a powder form and it`s mixed with water on a heated stove. I remember I had to help my mom stir the mixture for about 45 minute. It slowly turns into gelatinous mixture and then it`s kept in the refridgerator overnight. It`s has jelly like texture and it tastes really good with mom`s seasoned sauce which is made with green onions, red pepper, soy sauce, garlic, seseme seeds. You can get the powder from any Asian store.
