Korean Stew (with cheese!!)

Hey ya`ll! So I couldn`t resist myself when I was the Korean market and I ended up buying one of the small clay pots. Why? Because it looks cool. And simply because I love Korean products. LOL

But the clay pot is perfect for steamed egg or a single serving of ramen/soup. What`s great about this is the fact that it can go on your stove (electric or gas) and straight to your table without giving you extra dishes! But I ended up making a random soup with red pepper paste and veggies/tofu. And at the end, I ended up throwing on some shredded cheese. I couldn`t help myself. lol I love cheese and I thought it would be awesome. It wasn`t mind blowing, but I ate it all and was a happy camper. Do you own one of these? I think i will make steamed egg next time!
