Korean Stars Exercise (for people on a short schedule) For Legs and Waistline

Hey luuuxers :) Here`s an exercise that one of the most famous Korean girl groups use. Most korean stars have very busy schedules so they don`t have much time but this helps them keep fit. Of course, since they`re Korean, it`s in Korean but there are subs so don`t worry!

I`ve tried this for 2 weeks and I saw results. My thighs are 43 cm and my waistline is 22 inches. Many people who commented also saw results so this is worth trying out.
