Korean Rice Cakes for Dessert!

Someone brought these rice cakes over for Easter Lunch, and they were super good. These were my favorite part of the meal and made my day, actually. They were strongly flavored and super squishy in the middle!

The brown one had the strongest flavor. It was like a cinnamon kick in the mouth. The green one didnt have a particular flavor so I think that one was just dyed green. The purple one was red bean. All three had red bean paste filling. They were sweet, soft, and chewy. I grabbed seconds, because all three were really good.

I wonder if the person who brought them made them by hand or bought them from a store. They kind of look handmade, but I wonder how they got the filling in the middle? If I could make these, I would. I want to eat these again!
