Korean Clay Pot Ramyeon

This is my favourite instant noodles, Korean Clay Pot by Nongshim. This is the one in the orange package with a black clay bowl. Usually I`m satisfied with just the noodles but some times I like to add some fresh ingredients such as green onions, an egg, or fish cakes. I don`t like soggy noodles so a tip would be to rinse the noodles in cold water for a few seconds after it`s cooked to stop the cooking process. I learned this tip after eating soggy noodles a few too many times.
