In my culture it`s called kopia. &nd it`s yummy but i don`t know what other ethnics call it, but this is one of my favorite asian dish. The noodle is made from flour and topica (idk if i spelled it right). It`s sticky and goowey. Which is a perfect combination. You can eat it plain or you can go and put lots of spicy things in for example sirichai sauce and powder pepper. Just to spice things up and give it that good taste. (photo is mine)
