I`m a big fan of kofta and I love to eat them. They`re basically meatballs that can be made out of beef, chicken or even lentils for vegetarians. My mother always makes the one out of beef. These aren`t quite healthy because first it has meat and second they need a lot of oil. To make kofta you basically prepare your meat with the spices you want. Add coriander, onions and other vegetables. After you make balls and put them in this curry made out of tomatoes and oil. It`s easy to make and you should try it!
