If you`re looking for a quick, healthy snack grab a kiwi. Kiwis are filled with Vitamin C, which is linked to reducing deaths caused by different cancers and heart disease. They also have Vitamin E, which is usually only found in foods high in calories and fat. One Kiwi has less than 50 calories! Now, i`m no nutritionist, but this seems like the perfect snack. And its delicious too!
