You must heard that you should eat lots of fruit and vegies and how important they are to your body. You must also heard that you should eat at least 5 times a day, which include two snacks. For a snack, fruit is a great alternative. You can eat an apple or a banana or you can make a fruit salad. This is what I love to do and what I love to eat.
I really like kiwi and strawberries. Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C, K, and dietary fiber. They also protect the heart, work against cancer, and are an anti-inflammatory fruit and are great antioxidants.
Kiwis are a source of vitamin C, E, A, and dietary fiber, and have shown to keep blood sugar levels low.
Fruits are great, so you should eat more and more of them!
