Kimchi Fried Rice ( ) for Lunch

I had kimchi fried rice for lunch today. To make this you`ll need sesame oil, kimchi, kimchi juice, and rice. I like to add lots of kimchi juice to give the dish a stronger flavour. Fry the kimchi with a bit of sesame oil for 1 - 2 minutes then add the rice and stir fry it together before adding the kimchi juice. When it`s about ready, add the kimchi juice and stir fry it for one more minute then turn off the heat and serve. It`s already delicious on its own but some times I`ll top it off with a fried egg.
