Fried Rice is equivalent to making a casserole, in the way that you just take random ingredients you have around the kitchen (usually leftover food) and toss it together with rice.
One of my favorite types of fried rice to make is Kim Chi Fried Rice, because I always have a bunch of homemade kim chi available (and it`s so darn delicious!).
Basically you just quick stir fry all of your main ingredients: minced garlic, kim chi, rice, eggs, left over protein of choice, sesame seed oil, and soy sauce.
Definitely makes enough to feed the entire family and a great way to use day old rice.
