This was about three weeks ago when I made kimchi fried rice for lunch. It`s a simple recipe using only kimchi and pork, but that is optional because the fried rice is delicious with or without it. If you`re going to use pork, cook this first and remove the excess fat if there`s any. Add kimchi and fry for two minutes before adding the rice and frying for five more minutes. When it`s all cooked, add the kimchi juice and stir fry for two more minutes then serve.
