I adore this dish =)
It`s a pretty popular Korean dish that is relatively inexpensive, usually $4-$5 a huge dish.
For those of you who don`t know, fried rice is made using leftover rice. Whenever my family goes to a Chinese restaurant, my mum always reminds us never to get fried rice as its "not fresh".
Anyways it tastes very good though =) So good that I always make it at home as well.
With 2 cups of leftover rice, you add 1/2 a cup of kimchi and bibimbap sauce and an egg. Let the whole thing cook and you`re done!
You can add other stuff, like frozen veges and meat but usually it`s only kimchi and rice.
