This evening I went to Ajisen Ramen for dinner and ordered Kimchi Beef Teppanyaki Ramen again. I had this last time I was there and it was really delicious. Ajisen Ramen is famous for their white broth made from slowly cooking the pork bones until the broth becomes a milky white colour. Last time I ordered this, they only added kimchi juice into the soup base but this time there was kimchi juice in the soup base and bowl of it on the side. Since there wasn`t much, I tossed all of it into my ramen. The ramen also has half a marinated egg that I really like. It was a delicious dinner.
