This was from November last year when I made kimbab at home. Usually I will just buy them from the store or restaurant because its time consuming to make but I had some free time that day. The ingredients used were ground beef, imitation crabsticks, spinach, carrot, and pickled radish. I started off by cooking the rice and marinating ground beef with soy sauce and grounded black pepper. Then I set the beef aside while I boiled and drained spinach, and chopped and cooked the carrots for a few minutes with sesame oil. Lastly I cooked the ground beef. When the rice was cooked I let it cool for about ten minutes then mixed with sesame oil. Finally it was time to assemble. Although I like to eat kimbab, I`m not very good at making them so when it`s time to cut them, some of them fall apart. This was one of the rolls that kept its shape after cutting into it.
