Ate a little too much over Thanksgiving dinner with the family? Don`t fret. Kim Kardashian is offering her post-Thanksgiving work out tips to help you lose all that excess poundage you may have gained during your short time home. If you indulged yourself a little too much, don`t worry. It was the holidays and you were spending it with loved ones! But if you do want to get back into shape quickly, just keep reading, <em>mes amis</em>.

So... None of her tips are particularly awe-inspiring, but they are simple to follow and quite reasonable. Give it a try and see how much of that post-Thanksgiving weight just slips away.

I actually didn`t have much of a traditional Thanksgiving meal this year, so there was no over-indulging for me, but I do need to attempt to get in better shape. I think I will start with drinking more water. Or... maybe I`ll just listen to step 2 and shop for more workout clothes.
