Kim Kardashian has come a long way in her weight loss. You can see the huge difference in the above picture. Just how does she do it?
As part of her workout she makes sure she has a buddy, which is none other than her sister Kourtney. Having a buddy to work out is a great motivator to push you.
Another method she uses is to drink plenty of water. According to her...
"You`d be surprised the difference drinking more water can make to your weightloss mission and workouts. Most of us don`t drink enough, and you`ve probably been avoiding water these last few days and treating yourself to sodas, alcohol and yummy holiday drinks. 2.2 litres (about 9 cups) per day of water is what you should be drinking, so strive for that."
However in another article I`ve read is that Kim relies a lot of dietary supplements. I`m not really of those type of supplements as the side effects are not really known. As well as a lot of the ones on the market are not approved by the FDA. For myself I try to stick to eating correctly and working out regularly.
