This is perhaps ones of the most efficient ways to burn calories I have ever read about. As someone who definitely does NOT have hours to spend in the gym, it is great to find a form of exercise this is quick and effective at the same time! Really looking forward to trying some of these moves out the next time I go to the gym :)
