I`m not sure if anyone of you have tried this dish. But my dad tought me how to make this. He started making this dish for me when I was very small. The only difference between mine and his is that his contain more oil than mine. I try to lay off as much oil as possible. All you have to do is to get some pork chops and tenderize it by smacking the heck out of it. Then marinade it with some salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and tapioca starch. Then you pan fry it in a wok or skillet. After it is cooked thoroughly you then add the ketchup and mix it until the pork chops is coated. Then you just serve it on a dish. Have you had this before?
