To do what Kelly did all you need is a Bosu balance trainer, a 9 to 15 pound body bar or a pair of 5 to 8 pounds of dumbbells. For two or three weeks, try to warm up with five to ten minutes of cardio. Do a set of each move in order without resting between your sets. Repeat once.
