Its a semi famous Japanese ramen place located in downtown San Francisco. If you ever come by during lunch and dinner hours, you`ll always see a line waiting to get in. There is a line for two reasons, the place is very small and their ramen is delicious.

This place was listed on the 100 things to try in San Francisco list. Its been on the list for several years and I can see why. In the picture is the Katana-Ya ramen that I ordered. It came with BBQ pork, fried chicken, fried pot stickers, egg, corn and bamboo shoots all in a miso broth. And all for $13!

The broth was a bit salty for my liking but it could also have been me because I had been quite dehydrated that day. Also, the broth is very rich and fatty. But overall, it was really good. I must say, the best ramen I`ve had thus far.

Do you guys like ramen? Have you guys tried real ramen like this? If you have, how do you like it?
