This is my new cereal for the week and it`s the Kashi, The Seven Whole Grain Company from the Go Lean Crisp! line. The flavor I picked out is Toasted Berry Crumble with cranberries & blueberries.

My First Impressions
- Affordable cereal for a little under $3 bucks at Sprouts
- The cereal is like chunks of granola with bits and pieces of dried fruit.
- Not a lot of dried fruit as I hoped and the dried fruit is quite hard! The dried fruit kept sticking in-between my teeth as I chewed on the fruit. It was not appealing when I had to stick my finger into my mouth to yank the dried fruit out (lucky I was just eating breakfast in front of my computer).
- The cereal is sweet but not overly sweet like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. According to the cereal it`s naturally sweetened so hopefully that is true.
Overall: Despite the cons, I still think it`s a pretty good cereal. I`m not quite sure about repurchasing this particular flavor because of these dried fruits sitting in my teeth, but we`ll see.
Have you tried Kashi cereals? Did you like the cereal? Any recommendations on healthy cereals? I always have to switch my cereals up because I get sick of cereal easily.
