Hello My Lovely Luuuxers! Long time, No See!
So a lot has happened since my last post (Go check it out: http://www.luuux.com/viz/karlas-monthly-favorites). I moved to my new home! There has been a lot of decorating, arranging, and shopping. Currently, we are still in the process of purchasing a dining room table, 55 inch TV, an electric fire place TV stand, dining room décor, etc. It has been extremely overwhelming, but extremely exciting at the same time. Well enough ranting, and lets get ready for business.
Recently, I noticed the skin texture on my face area changing. I`ve never had skin problems, but lately I`ve been breaking out incredibly. So I decided to go on a face cleansing extensive search of the best products in the market. And this is when I decided to change my morning/night time routine.
So without further ado, here are my morning/night time routine essentials. Enjoy!
Every morning I wake up at or around 7:30am. I pray, and head to the bathroom, pull my hair back into a ponytail, brush my teeth and start my face routine.
1-2. Aveeno Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Daily Scrub & Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30:
During the mornings, the first product I use is the Aveeno Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Daily Scrub on damped skin. I gently massage the scrub all over my face and then wash off with warm water. After I dry my face with a clean towel, I use the Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30. I love love love this moisturizer because it makes my face feel super fresh and the fact that it has SPF 30 is a definite plus because I love taking care of my face especially during the summer season.
3. Shea Moisturizer Eczema Raw Shea Baby Soap:
During the night time, as soon as get home from work, I change into my gym clothes, go to the gym, get a massage after my workout, come back home, have some family time (this includes cooking and eating), put the baby (not so baby anymore) to sleep, (catching my breath) and once is almost time for bed hop in the shower. I`m currently using the Shea Moisturizer Eczema Raw Shea Baby Soap because I have small bumps on the back of my legs and elbows area that I absolutely dislike and I have heard wonders about this soap and I must say I can totally see a huge difference in my skin.
4-6. Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturizing Lotion, Difeel Source of Hydration Organic Olive Cream & Beautiful Day Fine Fragrance Mist:
After I finish taking a shower I like to prep myself for bed so I put some Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturizing Lotion on all over my body. I also use the Difeel Source of Hydration Organic Olive Cream that I featured in my March Favorites post (Go check it out: http://www.luuux.com/viz/karlas-march-favorites-2015). I mainly use this cream for my elbows and knees because those are the main body parts that I truly never want them to be ashy (its just a horrible feeling to have ashy elbows and knees). After I am done moisturizing my body, I choose my jamies, put my hair into a bun, and put some of my `Beautiful Day` Fine Fragrance Mist that my mother in law got for me and was also featured in my March Favorites, it smells delicious and hubby loves it.
7-8. Aveeno Positively Radiant Brightening Cleanser & Aveeno Positively Radiant Intensive Night Cream:
Finally, I head to the bathroom once again, brush my teeth, floss, and wash my face. The only difference is that instead of using the Aveeno Scrub, I use the Aveeno Positively Radiant Brightening Cleanser on damped skin and after fully drying my face up I use the Aveeno Positively Radiant Intensive Night Cream which I absolutely love.
By the time I am done, my husband is already waiting for me in bed (unless he is working); we speak for a little bit, and kiss goodnight.
Next Day... REPEAT.
