Kale, Potato amp Egg Skillet for Breakfast

Recently, I`ve been trying to make an effort to cook more at home. I bought a bunch of random stuff from the grocery store yesterday so that I`ll always have something in the fridge! Someone mentioned having kale and eggs for breakfast, so I decided to try a kale, potato, and egg skillet!

Here`s what I did!

<ol><li>Boil some mini potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Melt a small amount of butter in a pan, then add kale. Cook for about 3 minutes, until kale is wilted.</li>
<li>Cut potatoes in half and add them to the skillet. Cook for a couple more minutes.</li>
<li>Remove kale and potatoes from pan. Add a bit more butter or cooking oil, then crack an egg into the skillet.</li>
<li>Once egg is cooked, put it on top of the kale and potatoes.</li>
<li>Add a dash of curry powder, and you`re done!</li>

I find that this is a yummy breakfast, and it`s healthy, too! I can see myself making it more often in the future. It sure beats cereal! :)
