I`ve been cooking different things lately and I`ve been dying to try Kale and make chips out of them for so long, so when I finally found them at a fruit and vegetable grocer I decided I just had to get it!
For a whole serving of kale chips on a tray it did not use many of the stems of leaves, which is great because you could make so many servings with a whole bunch (Which costs only $3!!!)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
Pick off the leaves from the stem, try and make the pieces as big as you can but of course some will naturally be smaller.
Place them onto a tray, trying not to overlap them but it is not a huge deal if they do.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over the Kale, you don`t want too much or too less.
Cook for around 10-20 minutes, they will shrivel up and be crispy when cooked correctly!
Add salt and serve! Yum! (I eat my with tomato sauce!)
Do you like Kale? Have you tried this recipe before?
