Kailan is perhaps one of my favorite green vegetables because I grew up eating this in Asia and also because my mom used to buy it from a local farmer all the time, we have this on our dining table at least twice a week. When I was making lunch for my friend the other day, she requested for kailan with lots of ginger and I was surprised at how delicious it tasted with ginger and vegetarian oyster sauce. I`ve been making it this way ever since and I`m going to make some tonight too!
