Ok so I started this challenge last week, and stuck to it. To my surprise, (well not really it was tough work!) but the results were really amazing to me cause I didn`t even hit the gym. So amazing that I`m going to keep doing this until summer haha. Supposedly if you do this for 10 days, you are guaranteed to lose at least a lb. I believe I lost a little more than that lol. But the biggest thing was that my stomach felt flatter, and my arms and legs thinner (probably because all the jumping toned it lol). This was a great experience and you guys should all do it with me and tell me what you think!
