With summer approaching, everyone wants to look their best, but most importantly, everyone wants to be healthy and fit. I`ve been eating healthy for a few months now as well as started exercising weekly. I`ve noticed a big change in the way my body looks. But most importantly I feel healthier than before.
From now on I watch what I eat as well as try to work out as much as possible.
I wanted to share with you guys, what my favorite workout routine is. And, let me tell you, this will get you SWEATING!
All thanks to a little object - a jump rope !
Since my boyfriend does MMA, he uses a jump rope as a warm up when they train. He told me if I really want to sweat and get in shape, I should try to incorporate a jump rope into my fitness routine.
**So heres the routine :
***TOTAL of 12 MINUTES OF JUMP ROPE***
So do 4 MINUTES of jump rope FOR 3 ROUNDS with 15 seconds rest in between each round, BUT when you finish each round do a set of like 10-15 push ups or sit ups, and then continue on with the jump rope.
Its quick and will get your heart pumping! If youre new to this, first do jump rope exercises, later you can include running or some cardio in addition to the jump rope exercises
