Today at work, i made myself a chicken burger and kept in mind that I had to stop eating so much random stuff! I also wanted to get more veggies in my diet so i stuffed my chicken burger a little too much. Seems like everyone that day made themselves a chicken or beef burger because after I finished eating mine, I saw four other staff members eating one too :D. I started a trend weee :).
Anyways, my chicken was slow grilled and seasoned with plain salt and pepper. I heated up a square cibatta bun and put some shallot mayo that we make in house. This sauce is my favorite since we use carmelized onion and shallots to make the sauce, its so good :). After everything was ready, i garnished this burger with cheddar cheese, cucumber, avocado, tomato, lettuce and red onion. This burger was soooo good but I was struggling to eat this even after I flattened it. My jaw just isn`t big enough O_O.
The burger was perfect and I`m getting hungry again LOL. I ate this with a side of sweet oranges and strawberry and had some water.
