My July https://www.birchbox.com?raf=lq22t was delivered a couple days ago. I had no idea what I would be getting this time. Birchbox teamed up with Glamour for the July box, hence the special wrapping around the box. It is supposed to be themed by the five senses. You probably already know, but in case you don`t, https://www.birchbox.com?raf=lq22t is a monthly subscription service that sends you 4-5 samples (plus lifestyle extras) for $10, which includes shipping. They also have a great points system that allows you to earn points for giving feedback on the samples you receive, which you can use towards purchases. I was actually able to get some Zoya polishes for nearly free with my points recently. As always, the products were wrapped with some tissue paper. This month had they blue and green. The first sample is Alterna Bamboo UV+ Color Protection Fade-Proof Fluide. I was glad to have received this because I just got my hair colored about a week ago, so anything that will help prevent it from fading is useful for me. The full size of this is $24. Another sample I was excited about is the Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner. I`ve been wanting to try Eyeko for a while now, but I never have for whatever reason. I used this for the first time today and it lasted through the hot weather and even stayed perfect when I fell asleep for a couple hours! This is full size and retails for $15. I also got a perfume sample of Harvey Prince Hello. I`m not too excited about the perfumes they send out. I haven`t smelled this one yet. The full size retails from $26-$55. I got two little sample packets of Supergoop! City Sunscreen Serum. I like the idea of a sunscreen in the form of serum, but first I need to find the ingredients to make sure it won`t irritate my face. I could only find the actual sunscreen/active ingredients on the packaging, not all of them. Full size ranges from $20-$42. There were two lifestyle extras this month. The first is Tea Forte Minteas in ginger pear. I don`t think I will try these because I just don`t like tea. I was kind of bummed that I didn`t get the larabar instead. Three tins will cost you $9.95. The other lifestyle extra is a Birchbox exclusive set of earbuds. I already have some, but I guess I`ll have these now if I ever lose/break the ones that I have. Overall, I was really only excited about the Eyeko eyeliner and the Alterna hair stuff, but those two things alone made me feel like the box was worth the $10, especially since the eyeliner is $15.
