So I`m not sure if anyone of you have heard of the Julian Michael`s 30 shred, or the extreme shred and shred but they are two amazing workout dvd`s to help you lose weight fast. All you do is stick to a certain amount of calories, for me I eat 1,400 and do the video once a day for 30 days and you will definitely notice results. All my family members have done this and the results they had are just amazing. If you have less to lose, you could eat more calories but I just stick to my amount since I have a good ways to go lol. PLEASE make sure to consult with your doctor before starting this program, or any program for that matter :)
