I ordered a Julep Box back in November of 2010 for the introductory price of $5 and somehow my order got delayed for almost a month and I got the wrong months box. I chose a teal and brown package and ended up getting a brown and green. I e-mailed Julep notifying them this wasn`t what I ordered and they never really responded so I just gave up, but then last week I got an e-mail a saying they will send me a new nail polish at no cost for me. At first they were going to send me "Megan" which I didn`t like because it`s a teal shimmer. I wanted a nice settle Teal so I chose "Amy" which is similar to the color I was supposed to receive: Miranda. Amy is a turquoise shade and what Julep is known for is that all their nail polishes are 4 free meaning they don`t contain carcinogens such as formaldehyde or formaldehyde resin, toluene and DBP.

Overall conclusion: Although I had trouble with Julep in the past, it was nice that they gave me this polish for free. And it felt like Christmas receiving a package. However for $20 a month on nail polish.. I don`t think it`s worth it but they have awesome introductory boxes for like half off, $5, $1 and sometimes even a penny! Not quite sure how if everyone`s buying that Julep stays in business though, hehe.
