This is the second box that I received on Wednesday. I had ordered 2 Julep boxes with a gift certificate I had gotten in my mystery box. You can`t use the amount toward future monthly boxes but you can order polishes, product, or past boxes with them. I had a few polishes that had caught my attention, but instead of ordering individually, I ordered them in boxes. This was the most cost effective because I got more bang for my buck. As a Julep Maven a single polish would cost me $11.20 but in the boxes I pay $19.99 and get 2 polishes and a product or 3 polishes. It just seemed smarter to do it this way. This box was a previous months selection. It was Aprils It girl box and came with some chocolates (presumably for Easter), 3 polishes, and a pair of toe separators. I selected this box, mainly for Penelope. When I had looked at swatches of the other two colors, though, I was perfectly okay with getting the box. All of the colors looked very pretty. The three polishes in this box are Jessica, Penelope, and Niecy. Jessica is a soft and sweet baby blue creme. Penelope is an opaque, almost white creme with a hint of blush. Niecy is a bright pink creme for sunny days. All three of the colors are SO beautiful in person. I`m a sucker for creme finish polish so these are perfectly up my alley. I mentioned this in my previous post about the first Julep Box I got on Wednesday but... they have since started to be carried in some Sephora stores. Because of this, I think they`re wrapping some of the polishes in plastic wrap. One of my bottles (Penelope) was in plastic wrap. The other two were just the glass bottles. This isn`t a big deal to me, but I did want to point that out. If you think you`d enjoy a monthly subscription of polishes, sign up with Julep Maven.
