When I`m home I like to either juice or make a smoothie, and it makes me feel so much better. I usually use more vegetables than fruit (it doesn`t taste very sweet and sometimes I just have to chug it) but we had grapes that I wanted to use up that were squishy (and I hate squishy grapes) so I just juiced them.
I used 1 apple, 2 cups of grapes, 2 handfuls of baby carrots and half a stalk of celery!
