I`ve been so busy with a lot of things in my life, including a new job, yeah! But one thing I want to get back to besides Luuux was jogging. Jogging is great for staying in fit as it helps to lose weight and build up your cardio.
I don`t belong to a gym as I rather jog outdoors which is the great thing about living in California with the abundance of outdoor parks and areas to jog.
Some tips I can recommend for jogging:
Be sure to warm up and stretch.
Make sure you have the right form. There`s plenty of youtube videos on this.
Breath properly! Inhale thru your nose and exhale through your mouth.
