This isnt a very specific exercise, but I love jogging! You don`t have to go fast (which is great for me because I am a slow runner!!!) but you can jog for a long time. It is a great way to get exercise and take your mind off of everything around you. Also, since you don`t have to move at such a fast pace, jogging is a great exercise to do with your friends! If you have a treadmill that is great, but jogging outside is great too. Find a path in the woods or in a park that you could jog through. So get out and get jogging!
