What do you crave for on a cold winter night? I love eating Jjajangmyun. My friend made these black bean noodles for a gathering recently and I fell madly in love with it at first bite. My friend used tofu, zucchinis, carrots, vegetarian ham, vegetable stock and some thick black Korean black bean sauce that you can easily find at an Asian grocery store to make this. I love it so much and I plan to recreate this at home soon!:)
