Get Ripped in 30 Days is one of my favorite workout DVDs by Jillian Michaels. This DVD comprises four 24 minutes workours base on the 3-2-1 interval system created by Jillian Michaels; which is actually 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. I have only done this DVD for a few weeks and I swear I am starting to see wonders in my body Although it`s only a 24 minute workout ( you progress to four different levels and new workout each week over a four week period), it is enough to give you the full body workout that you need! I sweat more doing this workout DVD than I do running at the gym for an hour. I highly recommend this workout DVD to anyone who wants to get in the best shape!
