Jillian Michaels: 30 day shred

I have been looking for some kind of workout routine that doesn`t take an hour, isn`t too strenuous and won`t kill me! I`m not really overweight, just out of shape. I really would feel better (physically) if I lost 10 pounds. Well, I have found an amazing workout! Jillian Michaels: 30 day shred! Basically, by doing this workout 6 days a week (if you are really determined like me you will do 7) you can lose up to 20 pounds! And its a 20 minute workout. :D Right?! Who wouldn`t do this. The workout consists of three areas you work on, strength, cardio and abs. She mixes them up into a perfectly blended workout. Its a minute of this and minute of that and you are constantly switching up! I love that! There are three levels and you work on each level for 10 days. What makes it great so you are always improving is she has two girls, along with herself that you can work with. One girl is for beginners, so maybe for the first 3 days follow her. Jillian who is intermediate and then the advanced girl who really steps up to the challenge. So you can constantly challenge yourself and your body by following one of those three! It`s great!! I`m on day 4 and I can already feel my body getting stronger. Oh, and yes! You will be sore for the first 3 days. My legs were on Fire!! :) in a good way though. So.. Go get you some! It will be worth it when bikini season comes around again!
