Looking back at how she got into shape wearing the Daisy Duke shorts. Jessica Simpson was on a workout regimen of running, squats, lunges and weight-resistance exercise. Those were the top four exercise her trainer wanted her to do throughout her training.
<strong>Here are some routines:</strong>
Body weight squats: to firm your gluts, hamstrings and quads do at least 25 reps for 2-3 sets by standing with your hands clasped in front of you.
Forward lunges: doing 8 to 10 reps for 2 to 3 sets just step forward and back alternating your feet.
Reverse lunges: stepping off a box or 14 times on each leg. Repeat 3-4 times.
