Jessica Alba Post-Baby Weight Loss

Not many months ago Jessica Alba gave birth to her second child and the new recent pictures of her in bikini have shocked people, in a good way.
Just after four months of giving birth, Jessica Alba got back into shape and to her former figure and the picture you see was taken recently while she was on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

So how did she got back in shape so quickly? She says she has 1200 calorie plan and meals that are delivered to her house, so basically, a 1200 calorie diet, she works out a lot and drinks a lot of water. So, all doable and accessible ways, besides the meal delivery service but people can still make a diet with 1200calories on their own, it does take some extra work.
Other thing that she says helped was her attitude towards it because since it was her second child, she didn`t indulge as much as tried to control cravings. She also tried not to be in a rush to lose the weight and thats good because this way she didn`t set up herself to failure by giving up or putting impossible goals.

I think she looks great and i couldn`t say she had a baby. I think she even looks better because its not as skinny as in other pictures of her i have seen before.
