I knew I was going to have dinner alone today so I was too lazy to cook just for myself. I decided to go to a local Chinese supermarket to see if they had some pre-cooked food that I can just warm up in the microwave. I saw this noodle that they call "Vietnamese Style Noodles." Although I`m pretty sure it`s not authentic Vietnamnese food, it looked pretty healthy, with some raw veggies and a few slices of ham and turkey. It also came with a sauce cup that was filled with Vietnamese style sesame sauce (or I think it`s sesame sauce). The noodles was on sale for less than $3 and being broke from the many hauls that I`ve done recently, I decided to buy it.
I`m actually not sure if this was supposed to be consumed cold or hot. But I thought since the veggies were uncooked, it`s probably supposed to be more like a salad. Overall it was really yummy. I forgot to mention that they also put fried garlic slices in there. It spiced up the noodles without me even tasting the garlic. I`m not a garlic lover by the way.
