Want to know how Jennifer Lopez got her hot body? Well, who wouldn`t?! I mean, she`s 42 years old, but she doesn`t even look close to it. Gotta hate how celebrities keep their bodies in such good shape. But hey, if you want to look like that when you`re 42, just follow her exercise and diet secrets.

It`s not all fun and games. The former <em>American Idol</em> judge has to work super hard to look that good.

<strong>Exercise regime:</strong>
--Wake up at 6:00 AM, six days a week
--90 minutes of Pilates & dance cardio

--High-protein Dukan diet
--Snacks at exact times to stick to strict diet

Pilates seems to be working out for a lot of celebs. Miley Cyrus has definitely shown how well Pilates has helped her figure. Gosh, I envy her. But still, getting up at 6 in the morning 6 days a week? I can`t do it. I want to, but I rather sleep in.

My own personal laziness is my biggest weakness. Seriously. I will never be able to achieve the body big name celebs like J. Lo and Miley Cyrus have.
